Siekiant gerinti konsulinių paslaugų teikimo Lietuvos Respublikos piliečiams kokybę Lietuvos Respublikos užsienio reikalų ministerija ir Lietuvos Respublikos ambasada Kanadoje 2017 m. spalio mėnesį rengia išvažiuojamąją konsulinių paslaugų teikimo misiją į Torontą.

Priėmimas vyks:

2017 m. spalio 27 – 29 dienomis Toronte: Kanados lietuvių bendruomenės (Prisikėlimo parapijos) patalpose, adresu: 1 Resurrection Road, Toronto, ON M9A 5G1.

Bus priimami Lietuvos Respublikos piliečių prašymai ir dokumentai dėl pasų keitimo ir išdavimo, užsienyje sudarytų civilinės būklės aktų įtraukimo į apskaitą Lietuvoje, konsulinių pažymų išdavimo, dokumentų legalizavimo bei atliekami kiti konsuliniai veiksmai.

Interesantus priims Lietuvos Respublikos ambasados Kanadoje trečioji sekretorė Gitana Bagdonienė.

Pageidaujančius kreiptis dėl konsulinių paslaugų maloniai prašome iš anksto registruotis Lietuvos Respublikos ambasadoje telefonu: 613 567 5458 ext 22 arba el. paštu gitana.bagdoniene@urm.lt, nurodant savo vardą, pavardę, asmens kodą arba gimimo datą, kokios konsulinės paslaugos pageidaujate ir kuriuo laiku Jums būtų patogiau atvykti. Bus priimami tik iš anksto užsiregistravę asmenys. Informacija dėl dokumentų, reikalingų konsuliniams veiksmams atlikti, teikiama tik aukščiau nurodytu telefonu ir el. paštu.

Consular mission to Toronto on the 27 – 29^th of October 2017

The intent of this letter is to inform you that the Embassy of Lithuania to Canada is organizing a consular mission to Toronto on the 28-29^th of October 2017. During the mission there will be a possibility for you to submit documents regarding reinstatement of your Lithuanian citizenship, issuance and renewal of passports, personal/family status change after marriage, birth, authentication of the documents, consular certificate issuance etc.

The meeting will take place:

From the 27^th until the 29 ^th of October inclusively in Toronto at the following address: Resurrection Parish, 1 Resurrection Road, Toronto, ON M9A 5G1;

This consular service will be hosted by the Third secretary of the Embassy of Lithuania Gitana Bagdoniene. All the applicants are expected to confirm an appointment either by phone at 6135675458 ext 22 or alternatively by e-mail gitana.bagdoniene@urm.lt. The applicants should be ready to provide their name, surname, personal code or date of birth, consular service required and the most convenient time for the appointment.
