A unique exhibition opens at the Lithuanian Museum-Archives of Canada
A unique exhibition titled “Two Shepherds – One Mission” has opened at the Lithuanian Museum-Archives of Canada. The exhibition is dedicated to honoring the memory of Bishop Paulius Baltakis and Monsignor Edmundas Putrimas.
At the opening, Lithuania’s Ambassador Egidijus Meilūnas thanked the museum’s director, Danguolė (Dang) Breen, and her colleagues for organizing the exhibition.
For nearly four decades, these two spiritual shepherds devotedly united the Lithuanian diaspora around the world. They were bound by their service to the Church, to Lithuanians worldwide, and to Lithuania itself, both paying special attention to the education and engagement of young people in the diaspora.
The exhibition will be open until November 23 of this year. We warmly invite you to visit!
