Information about consular missions for 2021

The Embassy of Lithuania to Canada wishes to inform applicants about the Consular Missions for 2021, which will take place in TORONTO, VANCOUVER AND MONTREAL*.

During the Missions you will be able to submit your applications and supporting documents for reinstatement of Lithuanian citizenship for you and your family members, apply for renewal of Lithuanian passports or ID cards, register personal/family status changes after marriage or divorce into the Registers of Lithuania, will be able to submit documents for authentication by Canadian authorities and provide other consular services.

THE CONSULAR MISSION to TORONTO is scheduled for MAY 14 and 15 (Friday and Saturday), 2021, at the Resurrection meeting hall at 1 Resurrection Road, Toronto, ON M9A 5G1.

THE CONSULAR MISSION to VANCOUVER, is scheduled for JULY 8, 9, and 10 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday) 2021, at St. Peter's Estonian Lutheran Church at 6520 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6P 3Z2

The details for the mission will be provided in August 2021 on the Embassy’s website.

Please pre-book an appointment via e-mail at [email protected]t and indicate the following information:

  1. The city of the mission — Toronto or Vancouver
  2. The name, surname and phone number of the person receiving the consular services
  3. Personal code or full date of birth (year, month, day) of the person receiving services
  4. The kind of Consular service required

Please be advised that

  • Only persons who have registered in advance can attend. All registered participants will be personally notified by e-mail of the exact time and date of their respective appointments.
  • The fee for consular services, which is paid during consular mission, is 50% higher than usual.
  • The consular fee can be paid by debit or credit card; you may also bring a certified bank draft — recipient is Embassy of Lithuania. We do not accept cash or personal checks; we apologize for this inconvenience.

In order to maintain the safety, all visitors are required to arrive in groups no larger than two persons, wear facemasks and maintain a distance of at least 2 meters throughout the duration of their visit to the Consular Mission. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.
