Consular services will be available in Vancouver and Calgary, Canada in May 2025

The Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania in Canada is organising a consular mission in Vancouver on 22-23 May and in Calgary on 25-26 May 2025.
A consular mission by the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania will be held in Vancouver on 22-23 May and in Calgary on 25-26 May 2025.
Consular mission in Vancouver will take place on 22-23 May at St. Peter's Estonian Lutheran Church, 6520 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6P 3Z2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Consular mission in Calgary will be held on 25-26 May at the Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary South Conference Centre, IHG Hotel, 8360 Blackfoot Trl SE, Calgary, AB T2J 7E1, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Consular officers will accept the following documents from citizens of the Republic of Lithuania:
- applications for ID cards and passports;
- declarations of residence of citizens who have left Lithuania for more than 6 months;
- applications for the issue of repatriation certificate (AGP);
- notifications of lost identity documents;
- applications for registration of civil status records (birth, marriage, death) registered in a foreign country;
- requests for change of name and surname;
- requests for the issuance of records certifying civil status;
- requests for consular certificates;
- requests for documents to be requested from the authorities of the Republic of Lithuania;
- applications for citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania (authentication of documents uploaded electronically to the MIGRIS system for applications for citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania and for notifications of acquisition of citizenship of another state).
Consular mission in Vancouver will take place on 22-23 May at St. Peter's Estonian Lutheran Church, 6520 Oak St, Vancouver, BC V6P 3Z2, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Consular mission in Calgary will be held on 25-26 May at the Holiday Inn & Suites Calgary South Conference Centre, IHG Hotel, 8360 Blackfoot Trl SE, Calgary, AB T2J 7E1, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Only persons who have pre-registered and received confirmation of registration will be served during the consular mission.
Registration for the reception will be available through the online registration system until 12 May. Please provide as much detail as possible about the services you wish to receive when registering.
Payment for consular services will only be available at the time of the mission: by debit and credit card or Interac transfer (e-Transfer). During consular missions, the consular service fee is increased by 50% (see here for the consular fee rates: Consular fees, payment instruction | Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to Canada (mfa.lt)).

Public electronic services provided by the State of Lithuania can be accessed with a new generation Lithuanian Citizen's Identity Card (ATK) (instructions for use) issued after 12 August 2021, a mobile device with NFC technology and a downloaded mCard LTU app from AppStore or GooglePlay.
Electronic services can also be accessed via other means of electronic identification.
