Lithuania presented at the Ottawa Travel and Vacation Show
On April 11–12, the Embassy of Lithuania in Canada, together with members of the Lithuanian community in Ottawa, presented Lithuania at the 29th edition of the travel exhibition “The Travel and Vacation Show” in Ottawa.
During the exhibition, visitors were introduced to Lithuanian culture, traditions, historical heritage, and culinary heritage. Guests at the Lithuanian booth were treated to traditional Lithuanian šakotis. The embassy’s stand attracted a large number of visitors, including those planning both individual and group trips to Lithuania. A new informational brochure about Lithuania, intended for Canadian tourists, was also presented at the fair.
The exhibition brought together more than 100 organizations and attracted over 17,000 visitors.
